I'm trying to download videos and pictures from the Mavic Pro Platinum to my mobile device,a Google Pixel,using the DJI Go 4 app.

It won't launch the Mimo app using the USB C connector to connect to my Google Pixel 2. I tried a bunch of times, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
